Once service is active, your relationship is with the company that installed the line or shipped the equipment.
Modems, routers, set-top boxes, and gateways may need to be returned within a specified timeframe to avoid non-return fees.
Expect a final statement that may include partial-month service, equipment charges, or unpaid balances.
